I am honoured to welcome you to the Department of Genetic Engineering and Biotechnology at Jashore University of Science and Technology. Since its establishment in 2009, our department has delivered rigorous, practical‑oriented education that equips graduates with scientific knowledge, technical proficiency and the ethical grounding necessary to translate biological discovery into societal benefit. Building on that foundation, we explicitly prepare our students for the Fourth and Fifth Industrial Revolutions. I invite prospective students, collaborators and stakeholders to join us in shaping a future in which biotechnology addresses local challenges and contributes to global resilience.
