 Core Facilities in GEBT, JUST

• Advanced Laboratories: We have eight laboratories and equipped for molecular biology, microbiology, biochemistry, and cell culture work. These labs support techniques like PCR, ELISA, qPCR machine, Western blot, Gel electrophoresis, and spectrophotometry.
• Research Groups: Active research teams focusing on areas such as plant biotechnology, medical genetics, microbial genomics, and bioinformatics.
• Seminar Library: A dedicated space for academic reading, presentations, and small-group discussions.
• Computational Resources: We have two high configuration PCs for conducting computational drug discovery techniques including molecular docking and simulation.

These facilities are designed to provide both undergraduate and postgraduate students with hands-on experience and exposure to modern biotechnological techniques, preparing them for careers in academia, industry, and healthcare.
